Brook Fishing Equipment warranty applies to all of Brook Fishing Equipment’s products in their entirety from failure caused by defects in manufacturing. Does not cover wear and tear from normal use or intentional damage to products (subject to manufactures’ review). The warranty begins from the date of purchase and extends as long as the original purchaser retains ownership. In the event of a defective product, after review, we will fix or replace your product (whichever is necessary to eliminate the defect), or refund the original purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
